Our manufacturing infrastructure is divided into two specialized production facilities: Plant 1 (Plot No. 229, Sector 10) houses 6 injection moulding machines from 150T to 350T for medium-to-high precision automotive components, while Plant 2 (Plot No. 115, Sector 7) operates heavy tonnage machines from 550T to 750T for large-format automotive housings, brackets, and structural components.
From initial Pre-Production Sampling (PPS) and mold flow optimization to high-speed automated cycle runs, our engineering team ensures optimal temperature control, uniform wall thicknesses, and strict dimensional tolerances across all engineering thermoplastics.
We process a diverse portfolio of automotive-grade resins including uncoloured Natural ABS, Polyamide (PA6, PA66, glass-filled compounds), Polypropylene (PP, talc/mineral filled), Polycarbonate (PC optical & high-impact), PMMA, and POM. Every resin batch undergoes rigorous incoming inspection for moisture content, melt flow rate, and density before release to the shop floor.
